Brantley, Deborah's Obituary
Debbie passed away at Baptist Hospital on Sunday, November 24, 2024 after a very long fight with ovarian cancer.
She is now reunited with her husband, Clayton Brantley, who passed in 2003.
Debbie was born on February 12, 1957 in Memphis, TN. She was a graduate of Bartlett High School, class of 1975. She and her husband shared four children between them, Bo Kirsch of Memphis, Tennessee, Hollie Payne of Ashland, Kentucky, Ashlee Wilkerson of Memphis, Tennessee, and Robert Brantley who preceded her in death in 2022. She was also very close to her son-in-law, who she regularly referred to as a son. Debbie also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Blain, Jasiman, Alex, Meagan, Caitlyn, William, Malaiya, Bradyn, and Easton. She loved her babies who were the reason she kept fighting as long as she did. Malaiya, Bradyn, and Easton lived with her for most of her fight. They took great care of her and kept her going. She also loved dogs and supported may rescues in the area for many years.
Debbie was always helping and caring for others. She was very involved in her kids' and grandkids' sports and school activities.
She will be missed by so many but will live on through her family and friends and the memories they shared.
