David V. Smith's Obituary
David Vernon Smith was 85 and passed away peacefully on April 22, 2020. Mr. Smith was the son of Robert Smith and Laverne Springer Smith. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Thompson Smith, his daughter Barbara (Barbie) Smith James, his 2 grandchildren and his 6 Great grandchildren. He loved his family and friends and always enjoyed helping others. He will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers the family requests that gifts be sent to Waypoint Baptist Church in David‘s honor.
