So very sorry to hear about my cousin David. Have many happy memories, as my sister Carol mentioned, the big house in Howell where we gathered with the family. Many times making hard candy in the big kitchen. Aunt Rosie brought Sue and I down to Arkansas one summer. Good times. Your family will all be in our thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry that David is gone. Cousins are special people and I will always have memories of David living with Uncle Don and Aunt Kathy and his siblings in their beautiful big red Victorian home in Howell. We enjoyed many family dinners there.

Many many fond memories of time shared with David at Aunt Ruth and Uncle Leigh's house in New Baltimore, Michigan. A wonderful person from an exceedingly fine family. Sincere condolences to his family. But for David I am happy. He has won the race and God dances for his son is home. Hope to join David there in due time!
We met David & Karen when our son Kyle attended Dogwood Elementary. Kyle and Andrew were buddies and the Oppenheim's were so generous and took Kyle to Destin on several of their summer family vacations. Kyle said that David was the nicest man. I don't think I ever remember him not smiling. Our hearts go out to the family, and Karen I know that nothing is more important to you than God and family. David and Karen joined GUMC the same Sunday Tracy and I joined. Long ago when I served GUMC as volunteer Youth Coordinator my success in recruiting this wonderful couple to be Youth Counselors had a strong positive effect in the lives of many GUMC Youth. Today we witness this couples impact through these now fine adults in leadership.
