David Byron Lindsey's Obituary
David Byron Lindsey, known as “Lindsey” to his friends, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2021 from complications of Covid-19. Lindsey lived an unconventional life on his own terms. Although he tended to keep to himself, he had a magnetism that drew people into his life and developed many friendships with people in the community. He loved being outside in nature, a good game of chess and was rarely seen without a book. His daughters would like to thank the exceptional doctors and staff at the Memphis VA Medical Center for their dedication, kindness and care of their father during his illness. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, December 18 at 2:00 pm.
