I Just searched for Bishop as a spot in my heart told me to as I have not seen him for 25 years and I am shocked to discover he has passed this wonderful Bishop I will always remember he gave me a opportunity to work in his school as a teenager my son attended his preschool I have some very good memories as a new person to the country from my home town England I grew as a Christian in his church. I have just learned of the going home of Bishop David Grayson, Sr., and I am deeply saddened. This was truly a great man. The first time I met him, his son Jr., his wife, and Sandra L.Taylor (Revered and Principal) was at Kiddie Kollege/David Grayson Academy when he was hiring me as the new Preschool teacher for the school. Bishop Grayson shall be remembered for his kind patient way of administrating instruction to his staff. I shall never forget at a banquet in his honor the designated person assigned to seat the dais guest was not there. He sent for me and said I want You to do the honors. I replied I have not done it on this scale before., He replied just watch me you will do fine. He directed me from some distance and it came out as he said it would. In the midst of all that was happening that night I am yet amazed how he orchestrated and achieved the desired results. A fine gracious gentlemen with a beautiful smile who shall not be forgotten for his hospitality and respectfulness. Our heart and our prayers go out to the family.
