David Walker Dunham's Obituary
David Walker Dunham, 26, of Bartlett, passed away peacefully at home on June 30, 2010 after a long battle with cancer. He was an Eagle Scout and a graduate of St Benedict class of 2002. David attended Mississippi State University where he was a member of the MSU Turf Grass Association and the Catholic Student Association. He was a member of St Ann’s Catholic Church in Bartlett where he was an advisor to the Senior High Youth Group. David was preceded in death by his grandfather James Walker. He leaves his loving parents Bob and Suzanne Dunham, his brother and sister in law John and Lulie Dunham of Lawrenceville, GA, his niece Maggie Dunham, nephew Walker Dunham. He also leaves his grandparents Betty Walker of Lexington, TN, and Bob & Helen Dunham of Loganville, GA and many other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30 on Friday, July 2, 2010, with a vigil at 7:30 and a rosary service at 8:00 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral mass for David will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010, at 11:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bartlett. David touched so many people throughout his life with his courage and his will to fight. He was truly an exceptional young man who will be missed by so many.
