David Kristopher Cervetti's Obituary
David Kristopher Cervetti, 25, left this earth to begin a new life on Friday March 25, while in Grenada, West Indies fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. According to his fellow students, he was “an old soul in a young body who brought a certain peace, like an old childhood friend. He could always make you feel better if you were down.” In addition to his love of animals, including bugs and lizards, which he often named, he was an accomplished bass player and was the “Funk Master” of the Vet Band. David, An Eagle Scout, graduated from St. Benedict at Auburndale High School and went on to earn a degree in Animal Sciences with a minor in Biology at the University of TN where he graduated with honors. In his determination to become a vet, he studied hard and was consistently on the Dean’s List at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to his friends, David will be deeply missed by his mother Dianna Beibers Cervetti, his father Michael Cervetti, his brother Matthew Cervetti and his grandfather Bill Beibers. He joins his grandmothers Ann Beibers and Catherine Carney and his grandfather Frank Cervetti in heaven. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. and funeral services will follow at 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 6 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at thesaviorfoundation.org to continue David’s dream of helping animals. We will miss you dear David, you are truly loved
