I was best friends with this wonderful being. He passed away on my wife's birthday... I never got to go see him in the hospital which killed me. We had COUNTLESS adventures such as walking to the walnut grove lake.. We also worked together at FedEx ground together and there was never a dull moment. He was so so funny and I think about him everyday when I pass his street.. we lived 5 minutes away from each other. I will forever miss him. he was the best friend I had.. God we had SO MUCH FUN with him, my wife and I. I also have a small Roland amp that I play guitar through ALL the time.... I miss you Dalton. Rest in peace.

It is with a sad heart I say goodbye to my beloved nephew. I still remember the mornings and afternoons when Simon and I worked together. He would always be under foot. I remember that flaming red hair and that happy face. I remember the last time we spoke. We talked about catching up and hanging out before I left for Australia. I only take fond memories with me. I know he is at peace. This tragedy has only made me appreciate my time on this earth even more. I can only say that I take him with me now wherever I go. He will always be with me in spirit.
