Cynthia Dalao Bagatelas, 57, of Germantown, TN passed away on December 15, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cyndi was born on August 21, 1961 on the United States Naval Base in Yokosuka, Japan to Telesfora and Alfredo Dalao.
