Cullen was a loving son of Jesse and Marcia Ray. He was also my step-son for 27 years, as I married his father Jesse in 1990. We shared lots of memories during those years and appreciated all the paintings he drew that were hung all around the house in Memphis. God bless him and may he rest in eternal peace.
