Charlotte, Jason & Jennifer: What more could possibly be said about the wonderful man you were so blessed to have as husband/friend, father and Poppy? We at Rossville Academy were so blessed to be the participants in Coach's maiden voyage of his stellar coaching/academic journey. He touched and guided so many of us (4 in my family alone) and made us better athletes, students and young people. My prayer is that the void left in your life here will be made more bearable knowing that loving smile and infectious laugh is waiting for you. As many have already said, he will be forever missed but NEVER forgotten. Thank you all for sharing this treasure with all 'us kids'.

Coach, you were always there to give me grief for spilling numerous glasses of tea on you! You were always there to pick me up during teenage drama or when my dad was sick! You were always there to laugh and love all of us as your own! The key is you were always there and were loved by many. Now you will be missed by many and remain in our hearts forever. Rest In Peace! Love you! ❤️
Charlotte and Family: I am so very sorry to hear of Coach Israel’s passing. He was a great man and wonderful coach. I was privileged to have him as a basketball coach at Rossville Academy during his time at the school. He taught me many things His legacy will live on forever. He touched the lives of so many people during his lifetime. I remember y’all being at our wedding on this day 46 years ago with your small baby boy. Please know that you are in my prayers for the days to come. He will be missed but never forgotten. May God Bless each of you. Carol Wade Glover.:heart:
