I spent a many nites at Miss Berry 's in my teen yrs. Katie was one of my best friends. I loved her cooking and she always made me feel welcome. We all graduated and went our separate ways. Several yrs later after our children were grown,I saw Katie in Collierville tn while having dinner with my Dad. I remember seeing her and my Dad thought the world of her. Turns out we were not very far from each other at all. Thankful for social media we have stayed in touch. There is no sweeter memories like the memories on East Mallory growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with Katie and her family as they navigate thru this. Praise God,we have the sweet assurance to see our parents will not come soon enough. Love to all.
