It has taken me almost 17 years to write this. I was Mr. Mack's daughter-in-law (married to Mack) for 13 years and he treated me as a member of the family longer than that. Mack and his family were an integral part of my life for so long I can't remember much before that. Mr. Mack was a strong man. He loved his family ferociously and he accepted everyone no matter the situation. I miss him so much it feels like I am going to be sick when I think about what the world has been like without he and Mack and his mom. Rest in peace, Mr. Mack. I am so sorry it took me so long to do this. I love you forever.
