Chung P. Chow's Obituary
Chung P Chow, 80 passed away on October 10, 2020 and has gone to be with our Lord. She passed at her home in Memphis, TN and was surrounded by her family. She was born on September 25, 1940 in Taishan, China. Her husband, Chuck W Chow preceded her death in January 2009.
Surviving her are her two sons, Andy Chow, his wife Helen and Chuck Chow and his wife Ashley, living in Memphis and Arlington, TN and her daughter, Betty Cassidy, her husband Roger in Novato, CA. Her five grandchildren are Benjamin, Caitlin, Timothy, Chris and Erika. Also surviving are her brothers Wayne, his wife Jin Chan, Warren, his wife Mary and Robin, his wife Mary Jo and her brother’s children.
Chung got married, immigrated to the United States in 1962 and had her children while helping run a family owned convenience store in Hollandale, MS. Chung and her husband eventually moved to Memphis, TN to live with their son while owning a family restaurant in /Collierville, TN until their retirement.
She enjoyed gardening, playing mahjong, watching movies on her Ipad, cooking and raising her grandchildren.
