Steve & your family- I am so saddened about Chris’ passing. As you know, she & I lived just a few houses apart & were very close friends during our teenage years & high school. She & her family took me to church @ Lindenwood , where I was baptized in 1965. I am forever grateful to her & her family for leading me to Christ. Although we drifted apart in later years I thought of her often & prayed for God to ease her suffering. I am certain it has been a long, difficult time of great pain & suffering for her & your family. I also know that she was such a devout, fine Christian woman that her faith sustained her thru this difficult journey. God has taken her lovingly into his arms & ended her suffering. I am honored to have called her my good friend. I pray for God’s comfort to you & your family.
