Charlotte O Snow's Obituary
Charlotte Oswalt Snow, 85, of Memphis, went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 23, 2020. She was born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, to the late C.W. Oswalt and Eva Oswalt. Growing up in Friars Point, Mississippi, she won the Mid-South Spelling Bee in 1948, and graduated Valedictorian from Friars Point High School.
She was an avid traveler, Master Gardener and outdoor enthusiast. She was always happiest when being active and exploring somewhere she had never been before with her beloved cairn terrier K.T. alongside.
She was a dedicated and loving Nana, Mother, Sister and Aunt, who loved the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her Aunt, Minnie Oswalt, and her nephew, David Robertson.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Ahern(Marcus), son, Jay Snow(Ashley), four grandchildren, Nina Ahern, Alissa Ahern, Wesley Snow and Shea Snow, sister, Betty Robertson, niece Debbie Bond and nephew Darrell Robertson.
Family will receive guests on Monday, July 27, 2020 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. A private burial will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County or to the Wings Cancer Foundation.
