Charlotte Brown's Obituary
CHARLOTTE HOLT BROWN, 79, died September 26, 2012. Charlotte was a greatly loved mother, sister and daughter, as well as a wonderful friend. She loved life every day and always met each morning with a smile accepting the gift of the day ahead. Everyone she met was attracted to her pleasant soul and she always found happiness and pleasure in the little things in life. Having coffee with her friends, dinner with family, lunch with a son, talking with her grandchildren, or working in her garden made her day complete. She took great pride in her sons and their families who loved her dearly. Mom has completed her work and is now at holy rest and peace at last through the Lord Jesus Christ. She leaves three sons, Michael David Brown (Carla), Patrick Clinton Brown (Bethany), and Timothy Clark Brown; brother, Herbert Lain Holt (Maurelle); grandchildren, Calah Brown Beckwith and Jonathan and Anthony Lain Brown and his fiancee’, Kadye Garrett. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 30 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Memorial Park Cemetery.
