Charles "Chuck" Sertich's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Sertich, 62, of Germantown, TN passed away on August 10, 2012. He was born in Chicago and graduated from Lyons Township High School in La Grange, IL. Mr. Sertich received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Memphis and was employed at Holiday Inns, Inc. as a Senior Systems Analyst before moving to FedEx in 1985. He was a Director of Information Technology for FedEx until his passing. Mr. Sertich was an enthusiastic member the Porsche Club of America. Loving husband of Ann “Katie” Jacobs Sertich; devoted father of Charles “Nick” Sertich and Jacob Matthew Sertich; brother of Nancy J. Sertich-Kennedy; uncle of Christina J. Nogol, Casidhe, Michelle A. and Tracy M. Kennedy; son of the late Charles E. and Mary Vondrasek Sertich. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis, TN. The family requests memorials are made to the American Cancer Society or American Liver Foundation.
