Charles C. Cobb's Obituary
Charles C. Cobb, 76, passed away on July 31, 2016. Charles was born November 9, 1939 in Tyronza, AR. He retired from Memphis Light, Gas and Water after 28 years of employment. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church in Olive Branch. After joining the Army at age 17, he proudly served seven years with four years as a paratrooper. He enjoyed reading, spending time with family and trips to the gun range. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Shirley Cobb, daughter, Susanne Mullis (Jim) of Olive Branch and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Memorial Park on Wednesday, August 3 from 12:00-1:00 with the service at 1:00PM. Burial will follow at Southwoods Memorial Park..
