Charels "Howard" Smith, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles “Howard” Smith, Sr., 90, formerly of Memphis, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Phoenix, Arizona surrounded by family. Howard was a graduate of Southside High School Class of 1948. He leaves behind his wife of 70 years, Dorothy, a son, Charles “Chuck” H. Smith, Jr., daughter, Toni Justice (Tom) both of Phoenix, two granddaughters, a grandson, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Smith will always be remembered for his quick humor and charming ways.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, May 4 from 9:30am until the time of the funeral service at 11:30am at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. The entombment will be privately held immediately following the service.
