Chad Tyrone Irvin, 60 years old, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Glenda W. Irvin; mother, Betty Baxter; mother-in-law, Henrietta Washington; children, Jediah (Mark), Michael (Cindi), Lenora (Justin), Bethany, Chad, Glen, Joshua and Alyssa; grandchildren, Alannah, Aubrey, Claire, Cameron, Arianna, Darren, Jayson, Jaylen, Justyne, Aamir, Ashaad, Ahmad, Aaliyah, Ashton, Journee’, Jari, Joshua and Trinity; brother, Gy Irvin and sisters Cuvvy Williams (Tonry), Sandra West, Clinda Brown and Delphine Baxter. He is also survived by a host of loving relatives, friends, spiritual children and his “treasured niece, LaQuinta Caliste and her 6 churren.” He was preceded in death by his “Pops” Willie Baxter.
