Celia Keltner Perrault's Obituary
Celia Keltner Perrault passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Gerald and Lucy Gibson of Batesville, MS and her paternal grandparents, Ollie and Gertrude Keltner of Memphis, TN. She is survived by her father Cecil Oneal Keltner, her mother Paula Marie Keltner, her husband Jonathan Perrault, her two brothers Brenton O. Keltner (wife Sarah Keltner) and Zachary L. Keltner, her half-sister Neely Keltner, an aunt, Joanne Gibson and her best friend Autumn Bishop. She was blessed with many friends both long term and recent.
Celia was employed by SuperCuts for the last 7 years where she was a stylist and manager at the Houston Levee store. She had a passion for her job and loved her customers. She was very artistic and enjoyed finding new DIY projects to improve her home. She had a houseful of cats that she rescued and gave a better life to.
Celia started taking ball room dance lessons at age 17. Her love for dancing continued her whole life. Her dance community friends knew her as being energetic, always smiling and full of fun. She will truly be missed on the dance floor.
Celia attended St. Michel's School through the 8th grade, was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy, and a graduate of University of Memphis. She attended the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School.
Celia's "Celebration of Life" will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, on Sunday, February 21st. Visitation will start at 11am and be followed by the service at 2pm. All who knew Celia are invited to attend.
