Carolyn Ann Barrassee Walsh's Obituary
Carolyn Ann Barrasso Walsh, 80, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Tipton.The Daughter of James Barrasso and Carrie Ford Barrasso, Carolyn attended St. Agnes Academy. She married her high school sweetheart, Michael James Walsh and was married 58 years.She was a communicant of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Mrs. Walsh also retired from the Memphis Police Department 5 years ago where she worked as a clerk in the Auto Theft Department. She also worked for International Harvester.She is survived by her husband, Michael James Walsh, four children, Michael (April) Walsh, Patrick Walsh, Tony Walsh, and Catherine (Herbert) Conley, 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.A visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Sorrows Friday, September 18, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will be at Memorial Park Mausoleum.
