Carolyn Ann Logsdon's Obituary
Carolyn Ann Logsdon, 67, of Memphis and formerly of Los Angeles and Chicago, passed away March 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Naomi Logsdon; and 1 sister, Peggy Johnson. She is survived by 1 sister, Laura L. Harris (Chris); 2 nephews and 1 niece. She was a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church. She was an accomplished jazz and blues singer and retired as the maitre’d from the Chicago Marriott Hotel. She also performed professionally in theatre in L.A. and Memphis. A graveside service will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 22, at Memorial Park Cemetery.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations are to be made to Bartlett Hills Baptist Church.
