She was my Aunt Caroline and I truly loved her. She had four of my cousins and since I was significantly older than her children, my cousins, I babysat for them for years and years. We children went to their home constantly and played in their pool and had cookouts. My childhood fun family times were at their home. I’m now 78, but I have very vivid memories of my childhood

Gail,So sorry for your loss. I have such wonderful memories of Mrs. Gilbert. She was a momma to all of us high school friends who would hang out at the Gilbert pool during the lazy summer days. Your mother was such a beautiful person inside and out! I cherish that last lunch we had together at her house, reminiscing about our times together and catching up. She loved us all and really cared. We loved her too! May you feel the Lord’s presence at this time and feel His peace that surpasses understanding.
