Elva Carol Franklin Osteen, aged 89, of Germantown, Tennessee, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loved ones, after a short illness on January 9th.

Carol was a devout Christian and loved the Lord. She was a lady full of love for her family and always put her family first. One of her most loved hobbies was gardening and many enjoyed her beautiful flower beds.
