I'm a stranger to you all but, I did conduct one business transaction with Mr Kimberlin, which made a huge impression on me. In 2007 I purchased a 1956 Bel Air from him. I was picked up at the airport by this older gentleman in a small pick up truck. We struck up a conversation, I being a northerner(NY) was pleased at the southern hospitality this kind man showed me. I was amazed at his beautiful home, his car collection, lovely wife and at this time his seven dogs!! I love dogs! I found him to be a gentleman and a humble person. We made our transaction and he provided me with a spare tire a written letter to operate this vehicle to my destination under his insurance. I recall him saying "I guarantee this car will get you to Florida" which was my next destination. Where I have stored and maintained it, despite living in NY. in order to preserve it. It's still in my possesion and I have saved all the paperwork Mr Kimberlin gave me. Car enthusiasts are a special breed and after reading his obituary, this man was an extraordinary individual. The good Lord does allow us to experience miracles, even if it's just a kind gesture. Many blessings to you all and may Mr Kinmberlin rest in eternal peace
