Bob Leo May's Obituary
Bob Leo May, age 87, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020. He was born February 14, 1933 in Lonoke, AR to Leo and Gertrude May. He is survived by daughters, Leah May Dennen and Martha May; granddaughter, Hilary Dennen; brother, Bill May; sister Regina Thompson and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, David May and Wife, Lee Etta Mead May. He was employed with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. for over forty years as well as a part-time management professor. He was a member of Collierville United Methodist Church. He loved animals, especially his precious dog, Beau and cat, Prissy; antiques, literature of all kinds and discussing family history with his beloved daughters and granddaughter. The family wishes to express special thanks to his loving caregivers.
Due to the pandemic, a burial service only, will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery at noon on Monday, December 14, 2020. Entering from the front gate off of Poplar, guests will follow the GREEN arrows to navigate to the gravesite for the burial service.
The family requests memorial donations be sent to a Humane Society of your choice or Collierville United Methodist Church.
