Bill Drumwright's Obituary
Bill Drumwright, 82, of Collierville, TN passed away on September 2, 2011. He served in the Navy and Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Drumwright was an active member of 1st Assembly of God Church. He was employed by American Greetings for over 55 years. Mr. Drumwright was preceded in death by his parents Neil and Katie Bell Drumwright, a sister, Annie Kate, two brothers, Tommy and Charlie Drumwright, and his first wife Mary Drumwright. He is survived by his loving wife Jean Harper Drumwright, daughter, Darla Drumwright Cleaves of Murfreesboro TN, son, William Neil Drumwright of Oklahoma, stepdaughter, Rebecca Goodell, stepson, Frank Stewart, four grandchildren, Meredith Wogan, Darrick Cleaves, Andrew Cleaves, Taryn Cleaves, and five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 5, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or any Veteran’s charity.
