Beverly Jean Stinnett's Obituary
Beverly Stinnett, 67, of Bartlett, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at her home after a long battle with ALS.As a strong Christian she attended St. Paul Methodist Church and neighborhood bible studies regardless of her challenges. She participated in the ALS Association. She was a extraordinary example to her children, grandchildren and friends by being able to keep a smile on her face despite all her hardships. Beverly will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.She is preceded in death by her husband Bob Stinnett and a daughter Dina Stinnett.She leaves her Son Rob Stinnett and his wife Yazmin and their children Carlie, Torie, and Trey Stinnett, and her daughter Shawna Stanton and her husband Greg and their children Brittney, Courtney, and Heather Stanton. She also leaves a brother Harold Schwam and a sister Cheryl Hembree.The family will receive friends from 11-1:00 p.m., on Friday, September 11, 2009 at Memorial Park Funeral Home with services to follow immediately at 1:00 in the chapel.The family asks that any memorials be sent to ALS Association of Tennessee.
