Beverly Ann Parrish's Obituary
Beverly Ann Parrish, 78, of Collierville, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013 in the comfort of her home, with family members by her side. Mrs. Beverly Parrish was born Sept 07, 1934 in Madison, WI the daughter of Hans Christian Peterson and Bessie Pauline Wold Peterson. She was united in marriage to Miley Randolph Parrish on June 15, 1973 in St. Louis, Missouri. He preceded her in death Sept 21, 2007. They were married for 34 blissful years.Beverly had a successful career as an executive assistant, retiring from International Paper, and going on to volunteer at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville, TN.Mrs. Parrish was a long serving, faithful member of the Germantown Baptist Church, where she was the class secretary. She and Randy were blessed with many dear friends they met there.She is survived by her children; Wanda (Jim) Varvil, Parker, Co, Debbie (Dale) Voisey, St. Charles, MO, Caryn Parrish Florissant, MO., Teresa (Greg) Sedgwick, Ste. Genevieve, MO, David (Catherine) Parrish, Rockville, MD; nine loving grandchildren and one great-grandchild.The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Memorial Park, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.Donations may be made to Germantown Baptist Church 9450 Poplar Ave Germantown, TN 38139.Location: Woodlawn Arrow Color: White
