Beverly Nash's Obituary
Beverly Nash, age 97, passed on this life very early Sunday morning, May 19th, 2024, in her home.
Throughout the 1970's-1990's, Beverly was an avid collector of nearly every kind of antique, from dolls and toys to furnishings and postcards. Not only did she collect and sometimes sell them, she also voraciously read about, and studied, them so she could properly identify them. She was fascinated by their history and had a wealth of information stored in her brain about all of it. She would often set up a booth at doll shows or antique shows, mostly because she enjoyed the camaraderie of those who also appreciated antiques.
Beverly was fond of playing cards (Bridge) and, after her bridge group fizzled out, she would often play solitaire on her bed for hours.
Beverly donated generously to the Catholic church, as well as to charities too numerous to name and to nearly everyone who told her they need it.
S
he is preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie, and her husband of 75 years: Thomas O (Tommy) Nash, Jr. and leaves her son, Thomas O Nash III, and daughter Kimberly (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Pet Compassion Centers (on Facebook).
