Truly a Proverbs 31 light to this world! It is hard to choose a favorite memory so I must share three... the three closest in my thoughts today. First having a lunch together with Betty and John as lovely kind neighbors when we into houses directly across the street. We sat in their kitchen together. It was a good visit!! Next I remember her sharing a loaf of her absolutely fabulous, wonderful sourdough bread she generously shared at holidays ... obviously made with love! And last when she and I enjoyed a meal together at her last home and then watch a series segment of The Queen.
In all my memories and in every picture I have ever seen, Betty is smiling and has a special twinkle in her eyes. Her presence fixed just so. A beautiful, totally proper, Christian lady who loved her family. And a wonderful light to her family and all who spent any time with her. RIP Betty, I am glad you are again in heaven!
