Betty Plunk's Obituary
Betty J. Plunk, 90, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away, Monday, July 29, 2019. Mrs. Plunk was preceded in death by her husband Noah Plunk and their son Randy Plunk. She retired from Ford Motor Company with over 20 years of service. Mrs. Plunk was a member of Germantown Baptist Church. She was a lifelong fan of the Ole Miss Rebels. Mrs. Plunk is survived by her daughter Belinda Hewlett, four grandchildren, Stefanie Fortenberry, Jimmy Hewlett (Kathrine), Lindsey Davis, and Chelsea Young (Scott), and 16 great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorials in Mrs. Plunk’s honor can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
