Betty Ann Logan's Obituary
Betty Ann Logan, age 82, passed away peacefully at home with all her family on June 19, 2025. Born in Bruce, Mississippi, Betty lived a full and joyful life centered around her faith, her family, and her friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Larry Logan, and their three sons: Mark Logan (Lisa), Gene Logan (Becky), and Terry Logan (Angie) and her sister Jane Yewell. Betty was a proud and devoted grandmother to Bobbie Logan, Randi Perkins, Taylor Rivera, Chelsea Walker, and Chase Logan, she also had and cherished being a great-grandmother to Cade Logan, Aubry Perkins, Avery Perkins, Anniston Rivera, Molly Kate Walker, Lawson Walker, Francie Walker, Mac Walker, and Levi Logan.
Betty dedicated much of her life to being a constant presence in her sons’ lives, especially in their athletic activities, cheering the boys on from the sidelines and always offering support for everything they did. She had a vibrant spirit and loved line dancing with friends, creating lasting memories through laughter and movement. Alongside Larry, she enjoyed traveling across the country, collecting moments and stories wherever they went.
After her children were in school, Betty worked part-time at the Sears Outlet, where she made lasting friendships and enjoyed serving her community.
A funeral service to celebrate Betty’s life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at 1:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, Tennessee.
Betty’s legacy of warmth, devotion, and joy will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her.
