Betty Gresham's Obituary
Betty “Joanne” SAVAGE Gresham, 85, died yesterday. She was funny, smart, resilient, generous, a tad rebellious, but more than anything a person who loved people just as they were. She leaves behind her husband of 65 years, George Gresham, daughters Terry and Holly, their husbands Pat Bernardini and Tim Walter, grandchildren Emily O’Dell, Natalie Shew, Sophie Piper, Jordan Bernardini, Joanna Bernardini, and Abbie Walter, and four great-grandchildren. She had many friends including several “best” friends, making new ones at all stages of life. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel beautiful, smart, and special, and she will be greatly missed. Visitation will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home at 9 a.m. Monday, August 17 with a graveside service following at 10 a.m. Memorial Park Funeral Home, “Behind the stone wall”, 901-767-8930.
