Ben Bond Harrell's Obituary
Ben Bond Harrell, Jr., (BB) 90, passed away January 15, 2010 at Baptist Desoto. He was born on April 25, 1919 in Memphis, TN. He was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, retired from Bell South Telephone Company with 45 years of service and was also an Army veteran of WW II. Mr. Harrell is survived by his wife Johnnye; sons, Charles C. Harrell of Memphis, Ben B. Harrell, III of Hernando, Ms; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Nancy Averett. Visitation will be held from 1- 2:30 p.m., Monday, January 18, 2010 with the funeral service starting at 2:30 p.m., all being held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
