I just found out this lovely lady passed. She was such a good inspiration in my life. She managed her staff and pushed us where we needed to be pushed. I learned so much from her. Little did I know the education I received when I worked for her would help me in later years. I was a field manager in the 80’s. Loved my job and admired Barbara for her skills. She also treated us fairly and rewarded us greatly. I wish I could have told her what an influence she was in my life.

I was an employee of Welcome Wagon in the early 1980’s. I was first secretary to Doris Hill and then Benjamin Isenberg. I did have the pleasure of ‘pitching in’ when Ms. Marshall needed me to. It was a very challenging and rewarding position. I learned a lot and grew in ways I didn’t understand at the moment and would learn later in life.
