Barbara C. Johnson's Obituary
Barbara C. Johnson, 76, of Collierville formerly of Memphis passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital-Memphis. She was a life member of the Telephone Pioneers where she served as an officer and was retired from Memphis Telephone Company after 40 years of service. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband Hollis Johnson; brother, Bill Watson; and is survived by her daughter, Anne Kelly Turner; son, “Luke” Larry Kelly; step-daughter, LeighAnn J. King; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, Friday, March 2, 2012 and a funeral service at 2:30 pm, Saturday, March 3, 2012 both at Memorial Park Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests memorials to be sent to Memphis Urban Young Life Club.
