Anna Tammany Kelly's Obituary
Anna Tammany Kelly, 85 of Germantown, TN, formerly of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away peacefully to the welcoming arms of our Heavenly Father on February 26, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert Kelly Jr., her son, Paul Kelly and her son-in-law, Robert Young. Anna was the daughter of Mary and Charles Tammany of New York and was preceded in death by her siblings, Joseph Tammany, Charles Tammany, Edward Tammany, William Tammany, Richard Tammany, James Tammany, Emma Churchill, Jane Nicholson, and Mary Ebert. She leaves her daughters, Patricia Young and Kathleen Kelly; her sons, Robert Kelly (Cassandra), Thomas Kelly (Pamela), Matthew Kelly, James Kelly (Robin) and Terry Kelly. She leaves her 13 grandchildren, Leigh Ann Lau, Sean Kelly, Rob Young, Tommy Craton, Danielle Kelly, Jennifer Kelly, Katie Kelly, Michelle Kelly, Jonathan Kelly, Sara Kelly, Dylan Taylor, David Kelly and Robert Kelly and 11 great-grandchildren, Robert Lau, Bayleigh Lau, Blake Young, Brad Young, Elijah Neilson, Lily Neilson, Hayden Hall, Peyton Rittenhouse, Piper Rittenhouse, Jordyn Kelly, James Kelly, and great-great grandson, Caden Young. She is also survived by her sister, Ellen Winters (Harold); brother-in-law, Jack Kelly (Dorothy); brother-in-law, Alfred LaPerch and 56 nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Lilburn, Georgia on Saturday, March 3 at 11 a.m., with burial in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Duluth, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations can be made to Holy Names Soup Kitchen, c/o Church of the Holy Spirit, 2300 Hickory Crest Drive, Memphis, TN. 38119.
