Melissa, so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. Prayers for the whole family. Danny and Linda Hughes
Ann was my first manager at Baby Gap in Saddle Creek but she was much more to me than a boss. I was a young mom and she really imparted a lot of wisdom to me about being a wife, mother and a women who knew where she stood in this world. I will alway treasure our time together. I can still
hear her laugh and see her smile after 20 years. Praying for you as you grieve and praying for God’s peace and comfort as you remember her.
My family moved to the Hickman Mills area when I was a Junior in high school. This was not my favorite time of life with the exception of finding a new church with Ann as a member to welcome me into the circle. She was a beautiful friend and later when I planned my wedding this sweet lady agreed to sing as the voice of a n angel. We remained good friends for years. Then she moved away. We lost contact and I missed this dear friend. My prayers go out to her family for peace and comfort during this time.Rest in peace Ann until we meet again. Barbara (Dorman) Kaiser
Oh, so many beautiful memories of Ann. We were in choir together in high school; countless slumber parties & sleep-overs. She grew up with a beautiful family. I remember all those times with joy & happiness. Always a joyful heart. Thank you Ann for being my friend. I will always treasure your memory.
Ann was the sweetest lady & friend. She loved her time as a bus driver & loved the children she drove to & from school. Blessed to have known her at Germantown Baptist Church. Praying for all of you. She was a dear, dear lady. Love & prayers. Kay (Odom) Lane
When I was 10 years old my grandparents brought me to Getmantown to see Ann and Don and my cousins. I remember it as one of the first times being away from my parents for an extended period of time. At that time Ann and Don had a pool and I spent countless hours swimming. Ann made me feel so loved and so special. The memories of that trip I have are mostly of her and how comfortable she made me feel. I don’t recall missing my parents much - I’m sure because of how “at home” and loved Ann made me feel. I’ll miss you my sweet aunt.
She was one of a kind- funny, loving, kind- and gave the best hugs
