It was a heartbreaking phone call from dear Yogi as we call Anirudh, in the very early morning hours of Oct 27 Th that our dear Dolly Bhaisaheb ( Anil K Aron) has left the earth. I m already missing his e mails suggesting good Hindi songs and music as he was very fond of music. He always visited us in Tulsa during his visits to US. To Rajul Milan , he was their Dolly Mamaji. It was a heartbreaking phone call in the early hours of Oct 27th from dear Anirudh ( we know as Yogi) that our dear/respected Anil Bhaisaheb , whom we affectionately called Dolly Bhaisaheb,has left the earth planet. I m already missing his e mails suggesting good songs and music. He always visited us during his visits to Tulsa. We are shocked to learn about the sad demise of our beloved &respected Shri A.K.Aron IFS.We worked together since he joined the Panjab forest deptt after serving Indian Army . He played important role during liberation of Bangladesh . He retired as head forest deptt in Punjab.During his tenure as director Kandi Area Development project he worked tirelessly for the uplift of Kandi Area with support of World Bank . He was very active member of the retired Northern Forest Officers Association. He was indeed a very good administrator as well as a good artist. He used to sing old Hindi songs in the associations monthly meetings. Our heartfelt condolences to his family, may God give them the strength to bear this great loss.

I and Bade Bhai (as I used to address him) had been very close to each other for the past 45 years. Particularly so during the last 24 years, having been in the same city. We will all miss his affectionate, caring and loving nature. He was wonderful company to share time with. He always showed a cheerful disposition despite having been suffering with a dreadful disease and being in considerable pain and discomfort for so many years. REST IN PEACE Bade Bhai! Girish
