Albert J. Ricci's Obituary
Albert Joseph “Pops” Ricci, Jr., 91, passed away December 10, 2015. He was born October 14, 1924. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia. He is survived by his two children, Gary Ricci (Susan) and Gina Moore (Keith); and three grandchildren, Taylor (Beth), Drew (Ashley), and Kendall. Mr. Ricci proudly served in the U.S. Air Corps as a Corporal of the 759th Bombardment Squadron. He was a man of great faith whose family meant everything to him. He was especially proud of his Italian heritage as his father was a first generation Italian immigrant. The family would like to sincerely thank Town Village and Stellar Health Services for their excellent care and attention. Also, they want to thank his daughter-in-law, Susan, for her undivided devotion and care. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m., Monday, December 14 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m., Tuesday December 15 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family request memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Ave Maria, or Poor Clares’ Sisters.
