I only wish that I was not so far away, so that I may find ways to ease your grief and lighten your soul. I found out only today about the passing of Grant. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers. I was a client of his for several years but it had been a couple of years since I saw him. Grant was a genuine person. He always made me feel important and cared for. He had such a balanced and grounded soul. At my appointment, I would bring him fresh raw milk and eggs and he was so happy because it reminded him of England. He seemed to pull people in and make them his friend. He was easy to be around. I will miss his spirit (and his hair cutting expertise). God bless you all. Pam Stanley
It’s been a whole year…. my hair looks like crap Grant! Miss you!!
My thoughts and prayers are with Grant’s family, friends, and co-workers. I was a client of Grant’s for more than 10 years, but more than that, he was a dear friend. Throughout the years, with standing appointments every 6-8 weeks, he counseled me through the ups and downs of life, big or small, I could talk with him, and leave feeling (and looking) better. Always listening, never judging, offerring honest, no nonsense advice, in a way only he could. Although, I never had the chance to meet his family, he spoke often of his wife, daughter, grandsons, step children, etc. and I know how much he loved and cared for them all. A genuine, beautiful person, whom I am grateful I had a chance to know and am a better person for it. He will be greatly missed.
I am so sorry to hear Grant left us. I was a client of him and I share his passion for soccer. I was looking forward seeing him again and talk about the Premier League and the Champions. I will miss him! My prayers for Grant, his family and friends. God bless you Grant. Go Leeds!
I was very sad to hear of Grant’s passing! I worked with him for a few years at Gould’s. As I was absorbing the news… I thought of my time working with him & all I have is wonderful memories! He was a great, funny & had such a upbeat energy! My prayers are with his family and friends!
I was a client of Grant’s for 10 years and I loved his sense of humor. I know he had a heart of gold. He always made me feel comfortable and good about myself. I will miss him.
