“Excellent excellent excellent. Memorial Park provided everything we needed to finalize our loved ones final resting place. The staff and funeral director, Kay Linn were available and professional. There were no unanswered questions and the funeral director provided options through visuals, had patience, and was competent in her field. She provided a comfortable setting to make decisions with my sisters about our Mother's day is Phenomenal Services. The circumstances were complex but because we have pre-planned at Memorial Park, we had confidence in the team there for information and a plan on how to accomplish this process. Kerri Brakefield, Family Service Advisor, and Hannah Moore, Managing Partner, Operations, explained the various aspects involved and provided options for interment in Memorial Park. Throughout the process, we felt supported, all questions were answered, and we felt cared for and about. While we decided not to disturb our loved ones, we so appreciate these people at Memorial Park who helped us successfully navigate a difficult time. We know we are in good hands when the time comes for our own needs to be met.”
