Tom Gaskins
I had the privilege of working with Coach Wright in the '98/'99 school year at Coldwater High School, Coldwater, MS. I was an assistant coach on his staff. He was very tough, but fair and always HONEST! As a young teacher and coach, I enjoyed learning from him and hearing stories from the past. He talked about his children all the time and how proud he was of them and what a wonderful lady his wife was. He was a always a great encourager to me. I moved back home to FL the next year, but we continued to keep in touch with a phone call here and there through the years. He would always encourage me in our phone calls and, I only wish I called him more often. I will truly miss him and treasure the experience I had with him back in Coldwater.
