Maria Catherine McCoombe Field, was born on March 12, 1948 in Southport, England and passed away on January 25, 2022 in Memphis, Tennessee. Maria was preceded in death by her parents James McCoombe and Christine Kowollik McCoombe and her brother Peter McCoombe all of Southport, England. Maria is survived by her husband of 52 years Anthony Field of Memphis, her brother Antony McCoombe (Joan McCoombe), her sister Karen McCoombe and sister in law Suzanne McCoombe all of Southport, England. She is survived by her children Antony Peter Field, Maria Louise Mitchell (Christopher Todd Mitchell) and Andrew James Field (Kimberly Sharp Field). Nana is survived by her six grandchildren LeAndre Field, Rojan Field, Christopher Grant Mitchell, Charles Ian Mitchell, Emma RileyAnn Field and Luke James Field and her great grandson Irie Lewis Field. Aunty Maria is survived by her nieces and nephews Janine McCoombe Rawlings (Andy, Matthew, Joseph), Steven McCoombe (Alex), Kevin McCoombe, Emily McCoombe (Jolyon Lockett, Elspeth), Jane McCoombe Medina (Gareth, Henry, Elodie), Christian Smith, Samantha Smith all of Southport.… and many other friends that loved her dearly. A celebration to honor Maria’s life will be held February 6, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Aintree Farms Clubhouse in Germantown, Tennessee for friends and family to visit and share memories.
