I knew David when we were in the youth groups at St. Andrews Meth. Church in Chattanooga TN. He was very shy and bashful, but a very nice mannered young man. he was well liked and respected. My condolences to the family. Elsie Wilson Keith
Dr. Holloway was such a wonderful Doctor and cared for my father when he was very ill and on the abiomed for a while longer than expected. The doctors at Stern took such good care of him and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Holloway for his kindness, care and expertise. My you rest in peace Dr. Holloway. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
