All these years and I still miss Dr. Baker. She will always be remembered fondly. She was a wonderful person and doctor.
So many good memories with Mark and Laurie while we lived in Jackson Tennessee. Remember well the softball games and deer hunting episodes and all the great parties. Laurie was also a special person to us, very supportive of Mark as he was of her. They will be sadly missed. Condolences to the whole family and be assured that you are in our prayers during this time of sorrow. May Jesus soothe your troubled hearts. Don and Darlene Phillips The Villages, FL
Dr. Baker has been my doctor since I was in 4th grade. She took care of my mom in her transition through cancer until the end. She played a huge role of support for my whole family and will be missed my so many. I’m grateful that I got to bump paths with such a beautiful person.
Mrs. Kerschbaum, I just found out about Dr. Baker. She was my GP and she was absolutely the best doctor I ever had. I share your grief.
Dr Baker was my doctor, can’t believe she’s no longer with us. Praying for your strength and peace. God Bless. W. Ruth Daugherty
I worked with Mark years ago while Laurie was in school to be a Doctor. He was a great man to work with. Prayers going out to all the family. I am so sorry
Dr Baker was my favorite and I felt so cared for when I would come to her with my many health issues over the past 20 years. She always listened and comforted and encouraged! I am devastated that she is gone from this earth along with her husband. Praying for her family and friends and for all of us patients who miss her so much! So sad.
I have been one of Dr. Baker’s patient for many years. She displayed a genuine spirit of caring, sharing medical advice and a little personal reflection toward her patients. She touched the lives of many people, so it’s going to be difficult for a lot of us. Dr. Baker was one in a million and she will be greatly missed. I will continue to remember that God has dispatched out his angels to come and take his child home. May God continue to bless the family during your bereavement.
Lindsey,Words can not express the sorrow that I feel. I pray that you and your brother will take solitude in knowing how much your parents were loved. I remember when I was at Southwind and Dr. Baker and I would talk… She would always light up when she spoke about you and your brother. She was so very proud of you both. I will continue to pray for the family.Charles Goggins
