Even though Uncle Elmer’s death was very difficult, I truly feel both humbled and honored to have been able to be alone with him as he took his final breath. I was always very partial to Uncle Elmer and Aunt Connie. Uncle Elmer, I will forever cherish all of our memories and you will always hold a special place in my heart.
